Who Writes the Guides
The procedure guides are published under the byline Adelinda Manna, the site’s AI editorial persona. Adelinda Manna is not a person, and is not a dentist, a clinician or a credential holder. BiomimeticClinics.com is responsible for every guide and every listing on this site.
How a Guide Is Made
Each guide is researched and drafted with AI assistance. The sources a guide may rest on are the published protocols and position papers of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine and the Alleman Center of Biomimetic Dentistry, the peer-reviewed literature those protocols rest on, or a regulator’s own text. Most guides do not cite a source for each clinical claim.
The guides are educational. They are not dental advice, and they do not replace an examination and a treatment plan from a licensed dentist.
How Content Is Checked
The checks that run are automated. No dentist, clinician or other person reviews each guide or each listing before it is published.
- Guides. No check compares each clinical claim in a guide with a source before the guide is published. A guide is corrected when a reported error is confirmed.
- Listings. A credential is published only as the issuing body’s own directory shows it, and every listing links to that body’s record for the clinician. The site’s build stops any deploy that would publish a listing without that link.
- Clinic descriptions. The short description and the answers on a clinic’s page are written with AI assistance from the clinic’s own public website, and each is stored with the source it was written from.
Where the Directory’s Data Comes From
The directory is built on public and member listing data. We do not purchase practitioner data, we use no source that is private, paywalled or behind a login, and we never record a credential that the body’s own directory does not show.
Corrections
Anyone can report an error in a guide or a listing by email to hello@biomimeticclinics.com. Give the address of the page and say what is wrong.
An error in a guide
Send the guide’s address and the sentence in question. The sentence is checked, and a confirmed error is corrected in the guide.
An error in a listing
If you are a listed practitioner, or act for a listed clinic, you can have your entry corrected or removed. There is one route and it is free:
Email hello@biomimeticclinics.com with the subject line "Listing Correction or Removal Request", and include:
- The exact URL of the page carrying the entry.
- The clinic or practitioner name as it currently appears.
- Whether you are requesting correction (a stated fact is wrong) or removal (the entry should not appear at all).
- For a correction: the specific field that is wrong and the correct value.
- Confirmation that you are the practitioner or are authorised to act for the clinic — a message from the clinic's own domain, or from the contact address published in the relevant credential body's directory, is sufficient. We do not ask for identity documents.
What happens next:
- Acknowledgement within 2 business days.
- Correction requests are resolved within 5 business days. A correction of fact is made on your word — we do not require you to prove your own address or telephone number is wrong. Where the disputed field is credential status, we re-check the credential body's public directory and record the result, because that field is the basis on which patients rely.
- Removal requests are honoured within 5 business days, without argument and without a retention exception. We do not require a reason, do not attempt to persuade you to stay, and do not condition removal on any commercial conversation. The entry is deleted, and we retain only the removal request itself, so that the entry is not reinstated by a later compilation pass.
- No conditions. Correction and removal are unconditional and free, and are never made contingent on anything.
Anyone else who finds a listing wrong can write to the same address with the page’s address and what is wrong. The full procedure is §6 of the privacy policy.
