BiomimeticClinics.com is a publication. It is not a dental practice, not a healthcare provider, and not a referral service. Nothing on this site — no procedure guide, no protocol description, no cost range, no directory entry, and no answer to a frequently asked question — constitutes dental advice, diagnosis, treatment planning, or a recommendation that any specific procedure is appropriate for you.
Reading this site creates no dentist-patient relationship, and no duty of care arises between you and this publication or anyone who writes for it. The procedure content describes how techniques work in general — the biomechanical rationale for stress-reduced adhesive restoration, the C-factor arithmetic that governs shrinkage stress, the role of immediate dentin sealing in bond maturation, the peripheral seal zone that determines whether a restoration survives. It is written so that you can hold an informed conversation with a clinician. It is not written to substitute for one, and it cannot be, because no article can examine your tooth.
Whether a given restoration is indicated for a given tooth is a clinical determination that depends on remaining tooth structure, pulpal status, occlusal load, caries risk, and radiographic findings that only a licensed dentist examining you can assess. Every entry in our US directory was compiled from a credential body's own public directory, is published with the source and compilation date shown on the page, and exists without any financial relationship between us and the practice listed. Should that ever change for a given listing, it will be disclosed on the page itself.

Directory entries are compiled from credential bodies' public directories and practices' own public materials. Two limits follow from that, and you should treat both as material:
If you are a listed practitioner and an entry is wrong or you want it gone, the correction and removal procedure is in our Privacy Policy, section 6. It is free, unconditional, and carries a stated response time.
Every cost figure on this site is a published range for a fee-for-service, cash-pay market, drawn from typical US market rates. It is orientation, not a quote. No range on this site is an offer, a price commitment, or a representation of what any specific practice charges. Actual fees depend on the case, the clinician, the laboratory, and the market, and no practice on this site is bound by any figure we publish. Get a written treatment plan and fee schedule from the practice itself.
Cancel within 90 days of the first charge and every payment made is refunded in full, no questions asked and no reason required. The 90-day window runs from the date of the first charge — not from signup and not from credential approval.
The procedure guides, editorial analysis, and compiled directory structure on this site are our copyrighted work. Underlying clinical facts and the credential records of third parties are not owned by anyone and we claim no rights in them.
You may read, print, and share this content for personal or clinical-education purposes, and you may quote it with attribution and a link to the source page. Search engines and AI answer engines are explicitly permitted to crawl, index, quote, and cite this content — that permission is expressed in our robots.txt, which admits Googlebot, Bingbot, GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and anthropic-ai, and it is deliberate: this site is built to be machine-readable, and we would rather be cited accurately than not cited at all. The condition on that permission is attribution — cite the source page.
What is not permitted is wholesale republication: reproducing the procedure library or the compiled directory in substantial part, with or without attribution, to stand up a competing index or to resell the compilation. The individual facts are free; the compilation and the editorial work are not.

Do not use the contact address to send unsolicited commercial mail, and do not send imaging or clinical records from another provider to it — as stated in our Privacy Policy, it is an editorial mailbox rather than a clinical one, and material of that kind will be deleted rather than filed.
This site links to credential bodies, clinical literature, listed practices, and the partner sites in our footer. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their data practices, or their availability. An outbound link is a citation, not an endorsement.
This site is provided as-is. We write to a documented editorial standard and correct errors when they are shown to us, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, that credential status shown here matches the issuing body's record at this moment, or that the site will be available uninterrupted. Clinical understanding changes; a protocol described accurately today may be superseded.
