About BiomimeticClinics.com

An independent editorial directory built for patients who have outgrown conventional dentistry — and the practitioners who have invested in the science to serve them.

Why We Built This

The dental industry is in the middle of a structural shift. Patients who have experienced the conventional crown-and-root-canal cycle — watched their healthy teeth ground down, developed cascading sensitivities, eventually lost teeth that could have been preserved — are actively seeking alternatives. They are reading the peer-reviewed literature. They are finding Pascal Magne's adhesive research and the IAOMT's mercury toxicology position papers. They are demanding biomimetic and biological dental care.

The supply side has not kept up with this consumer education wave. There is no credible, independently operated index of AOBMD-certified biomimetic dentists or IAOMT SMART-certified biological practitioners that patients can trust and act on. What exists is a fragmented landscape of self-described "holistic" and "biological" practices with wildly varying training backgrounds — and no way for patients to differentiate genuinely credentialed specialists from practitioners who adopted the language without the clinical investment.

BiomimeticClinics.com exists to close that gap.

Our Editorial Standard

Every promoted listing in this directory is verified against at least one of the following credentialing bodies before publication:

We cross-reference each practitioner's claimed credentials against the respective organization's public member or fellow directory. Claims that cannot be verified are not promoted. There are no exceptions and no paid bypasses.

What This Directory Is Not

Content Standards

All procedure guides on this site are written to YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) editorial standards. Sources cited in procedure articles are peer-reviewed clinical studies, systematic reviews, or the published clinical guidelines of the credentialing bodies named above. We do not cite anecdotal testimonials or manufacturer marketing materials as clinical evidence.

Our procedure content is reviewed periodically and updated when significant new clinical evidence or protocol changes are published by the relevant professional bodies. If you identify an error or outdated information in any procedure guide, contact us at [email protected].

A Note on Conflict of Interest

Promoted listings represent revenue for this directory. This creates a potential conflict of interest between editorial independence and commercial interest. Our mitigation: credential verification is non-negotiable and non-bypassable. A practice that cannot be verified in the relevant credential body's public directory will not receive a promoted listing at any price. Credential decisions are made independently of commercial decisions and cannot be appealed through payment.
