Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. Listing is free for any credentialed clinic and is not capped; most entries are built on public and member listing data. Paying buys first position and the patient referrals for your city and specialty.
What if another clinic already holds my city?
There is one promotion per city and specialty. It goes to the first clinic that claims it and stays with that clinic for as long as it holds it. Your city's page shows whether it is open, and your free listing is unaffected either way.
Does paying change how you describe my clinic, or anyone else's?
No. Paying changes the order and where referrals go, nothing else. It does not change how any clinic is described, does not reorder the free entries, and cannot get another clinic removed or demoted. Credential verification is the same for every listing, and payment never affects it.
What happens after checkout?
We verify your credential against the issuing body's own register and confirm the details on your page with you. From then on your clinic is listed first, and the patient referrals for your city and specialty come to you.
What if my credential lapses?
Active credential standing is a condition of every listing. If yours lapses, the promoted listing is withdrawn until it is restored. We tell you first, and billing stops.
