We searched all of East Bay & SF to find this office and Dr. Nikki. We had multiple consultations in SF & East Bay & often felt our questions & concerns were being undermined or overlooked. Inducing anesthesia was an expensive out of pocket procedure & concerning a child it is a hard decision—so many questions for a parent—we also had concerns & questions regarding holistic & non-toxic practices & Nikki completely understands & works with all such concerns making the whole thing easier. She provides additional literature & lets you decide with your budget & gives other options & supports you with what you can afford regardless of your choice. She has also worked with us in continued care if any concerns arise in the coming months/years & she is basically a bit of an Angel to our family—we’re very happy to have found her. To top it off when they first greet a child with a toy and play with him it makes the experience so much easier.
