I have been treated by Dr. Hazen, since moving to Mt. Dora 10 years ago. The office is modern, impeccably clean and the office staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. Dr. Hazen (her Assistants and Hygienists) is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and the most modern and updated technology and procedures. Excellent “bedside manner,” also!

I have been driving over 15 miles to Smiles by Hazen for these reasons. Friendly front office staff.All the staff work as a smooth working team. The environment is clean and tastefully designed. Dr Hazen is professional and friendly. She keeps up on dental developments . Her tools of the trade are state of the art. She takes dental insurance. There are 3 plans to pay in inurements.These plan allow you to make payments over time. There is even a plan if your credit score is only at 500 ! The fact that the office is in Mt.Dorra is a plus. Finishing the dental appointment and then strolling the downtown area makes the drive extra worthwhile i like The Goblin restaurant to grab a bite.I always seem to find and purchase an item or two in the quaint stores. I highly recommend Smiles by Hazen in Mt Dora ,
