My daughter was seen back in 2025 for extensive dental work under anesthesia. The dentist lied and said she took care of all my daughter's cavities. She left a big one in the back and said it was just a stain. She also lied and said she put a sealant on and didn't. Come to find out it was not a stain and the cavity got worse and resulted in a large filling that may need a root canal. Luckily, her new dentist caught it in time. I do not recommend. I may file a complaint with the dental insurance for false billing because I feel they billed for services they did not provide.

Dr. Marta is warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I’m so grateful we found her. Her approach to pediatric dentistry takes into account the whole child - nutrition, supplementation, oral hygiene, age/rate of growth, history, current practices, and future plans, etc. For our son, she’s walking us through his journey with Invisalign; and for our daughter, she’s helped us navigate the devastating effects that undiagnosed infant acid reflux has had on her little teeth. We feel safe with her and her team. The staff is professional, and kind. Again, we are so glad we’ve found Pediatric Dentistry of New Tampa, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was referred to Dr Rivera when I moved to Tampa in 2009 and she has been my kids dentist since. She’s like family to us, she’s watched my kids grow over the years and they are quite fond of her. She is so kind but stern when it comes to dental health and my kids respect her for it. She talks to them in a relatable way, very sincere, caring and her staff reflects those qualities as well. Over the years with 3 kids and a busy schedule, her team has always responded to me with patience, understanding and care. I definitely refer anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to Dr. Marta Rivera.
