I always like going to Dr Rathee’s office. The staff is awesome and Dr Rathee is very honest and a great dentist. I highly recommend

Dr Rathee & her staff are very knowledgeable & clearly want to provide the best care for their patients. Everyone is kind & patient which is so appreciated! I tend to have a lot of problems with my teeth, unfortunately, so I am happy that I have a dentist that I feel confident in.

Our son went for an exam and X-rays. Dr. Rathee stated that there was a cavity that could be filled using a non-drilling method. We said that would do that work if and only if they could identify the exact amount we would owe for the procedure. A few days before the appointment, we had not heard back from the office re: the amount we would owe. My wife called to cancel. When she told the receptionist she wanted to cancel, the receptionist put her on hold; Dr. Rathee then came on the line and asked why we were cancelling. When my wife explained that we were not comfortable proceeding without knowing what insurance would cover and what our financial responsibility would be, Dr. Rathee stated that the payment would not exceed $228. My wife reiterated if that was not the absolute final amount, she would cancel, as we did not want to go into an appointment with uncertainty. When I brought my son for the procedure, I paid the $228 and confirmed yet again (before the procedure commenced) that it was the full amount that we would owe. Weeks later we received a bill for $700.60 (IN ADDITION TO THE $228). We immediately disputed the bill in a detailed email to Rathee, who simply resent the bill to us with no reply. We would never have gone through with the appointment without her insistence $228 was the final amount we would owe. We feel scammed and taken advantage of. Truly disgusting behavior from a health care professional. We will continue to dispute this fraudulent bill.
